In this concert performance, San Francisco’s Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra presents Handel’s opera Orlando, a tragic love story. This ensemble is renowned for its dedication to historically informed renderings of the Baroque, and here, that dedication brings shimmering life to one of the most striking works Handel ever composed.
